1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Camili Digital for any services, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.

2. Services

Camili Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, content writing, social media management, and branding. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate written proposal or service agreement between Camili Digital and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the agreed services.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any materials, assets, or content you provide to us.
• Make payments on time as outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual proposals and invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Camili Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. Camili Digital retains the right to use work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licences.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice after the initial period agreed in the proposal. Project-based work may not be cancelled once work has commenced without compensation for work completed to date.

8. Results Disclaimer

Camili Digital applies best practices and significant expertise to every engagement. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, follower counts, or revenue increases, as these depend on factors outside our control including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Camili Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
